Loki
Named after the ancient Norse diety of tricks and deception, Loki is a stealth utility Warframe with no damaging abilities. One of the three Warframes a Tenno may pick whens starting out, Loki is made players looking for a challenge. For those interested, Hyena holds Loki parts.

Skills
Loki creates a holographic projection at the target area, which attracts enemy attention. The Decoy lasts 7/15/20/25 seconds, and can be cast 48 meters from Loki's position. Can be used as a target for Switch Teleport.
Loki turns invisible, and can attack and use skills without breaking revealing himself. Lasts 5/7/9/12 seconds, during which normal melee attacks deal 150% damage and charged melee attacks deal 200% damage.
Loki switches position with a target within a 30/30/40/50 meters. All enemies, allies and decoys can be used to activate Switch Teleport.
Loki sends out a small EMP, disabling all enemy weapons within a 8/8/13/20 meter radius. Forces Corpus and Grineer to revert to melee weapons, but otherwise keeps all their other abilities; Infested are stunned but otherwise unaffected.
